Robert W. Bonstingl has over 30 years of experience in Information Systems. After earning a B.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering and an M.S. Degree Management Systems Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, Bob worked as an Operations Research Analyst for Air Products and Chemicals, Director of MIS for SI Handling Systems, and Information Systems Manager for UGI Corporation. Bob spent over five years with Source
EDP and was the leading sales producer for Source EDP in the Philadelphia and Mid-Atlantic region and among the top 10 nationally. Before founding Genesis Micro Solutions, Inc., Bob spent three years as a Regional Director for a major New York-based International consulting firm, successfully starting and growing their Philadelphia operation. Bob founded GENESIS and is President and Chief Executive Officer.

Michael J. McKeown has over 20 years of Information Technology industry experience. After earning a B.S. Degree in Marketing from St.
Joseph’s University, he worked for IBM as an Account Manager responsible for marketing and sales to Fortune 1000 clients in Healthcare and
Insurance. Mike was recognized as a top performer by consistently exceeding quota in the Philadelphia market. Mike also spent over six years with Source EDP as a leading producer in the Philadelphia office. After leaving Source EDP, Mike managed the consulting practice for Ziff Technologies in Philadelphia as Branch Manager. Mike joined GENESIS in July 1992 as the Director of Marketing. Mike is Vice President of Marketing responsible for
large account customer relationship management and new account sales.
